It's my first time to see a very small banana when my mom went to the market and bought a bunch of banana and I was amazed when I saw it.........it's as long as a cotton buds......

Happy FOODS?

Have you ever heard about a happy thing when you are eating your favorite food aside from it makes you feel satisfy especially when you're starving or whatever (hmmm it might sounds corny to you)...(burp) I'm talking about the HAPPY FOODS....foods that makes you feel happy especially those food with B vitamins ,DHA ,omega -3,magnesium,ETC .and a lil' bit of shuga......(hmmm don't call your dentist!) :) here are the top ten list of HAPPY FOODS:

• Banana( rich in magnesium)
• Oranges( rich in vitamin C)
• Walnuts
• Spinach (Popeye's favorite....rich in iron)
  
• Hot Peppers or other Spicy Food ( everytime you eat spicy food helps the brain to segregate endorphins or what called the HAPPY HORMONE)
• Wild Salmon ( rich in Omega 3)
• Coffee (opppss not too much co'z it has caffeine)
• Yogurt
• Sunflower Seeds
  
• Chocolate( everybody loves chocolate....yummy!!)

CUT-IT-OFF

Finally after 7 months I decided to have had a hair cut but actually I was obliged to cut it......(oh come on)....It's my first time to experienced to have a not-so-super-long hair (I'm not an EMO okey....)...and it's kinda kinky....I love it...a lot...lol...
when I was a little kid I used to have a very short hair cut (semi-bald) ................that's why I enjoyed my long-thick-black-hair co'z i find it cool...hmmmmm. (oh-my-hair)
The funny thing about my hair they thought it's not real..haha some says it looks like a wig...but some says its cool...hahahhahah..anyways I am planning to have a long hair again....:)MOP-TOP

ARE ya CRAZY?

Before you answer a big No or react violently........think about it first!!!
I think that we're all mentally ill (peace)......those of us outside the asylums or( mental hospitals) only hide it a little better( than the others)...and maybe not all that much better,after all....
We have known people who talk to themselves.....(hahaha)....people who sometimes squinch their faces into horrible grimaces when they believe no one is watching ( I do personally do it sometimes...hahahHEY DON'T GIVE ME A SMIRK!), people who have some hysterical fear to snake, the dark places,tight place ..etc...etc.
But anyways those people who are mentally ill who are in the mental hospital/s and those mentally ill people living inthe street begging for money......still need a respect so let's treat them as a human being also as they were made by GOD and let's not treat them like an animal or whatever..............

Happy GRANDPARENTS' DAY

Do you still remember when you're still a kiddo...and your lola (granny) and lolo ( grandpa) were the one looking after you?Feeding you?Playing with you?Changing your clothes..your diaper?etc...
I miss my LOLO Bill.......he's already dead na.. :(..peace...even though I used to be a fidget when I was a kid and he always get mad at me I still love him co'z he used to be my father as well as my mother because he's the one who look after me while my mother is working abroad....anyways I just want to greet all the grandparents out there a happy happy grandparents' day.
Nowadays,it's not the usual set-up of one family where all the member of a family are living in a one house (but in some place mostly here in the Philippines it's still happening) usually you will see the elders living now in HOME for the AGED and that's the sad thing and the worse thing is they forget to visit them and they totally forget them.. :(
So to all those who have a grandparent/parent in Home for the aged or any institution who are admitting elderly people please don't forget to visit them....
Therefore,let us not forget to give the credit to our grandparents who were not just served as our second parents and also to give them the credit for the love that they have given to us.....Let us show that we do care about them and that we love them...!!!

What do you feel when you hear your favorite song/s?.....?Does is it make you cry?Does it make you feel lonely?Does is it make your booty shakin'?
Music is said as the universal language as it is the easiest way to communicate to other people and listening to music is the best way to express your feelings.......that's why everytime i'm turning on my radio and playing my favorite song/s it makes me feel i'm into my own world as i am able to express my feelings especially those songs with great messages into it which i can relate of what is had happened and what is happening into my life...............that's why i can say that this point of my life the song of my life is "this is my now by jordin sparks.....it has a very meaningful meaning for me...especially the line "I am made of more than my yesterdays"......it's very touching song.....i was crying deep inside when i heard it for the first time...!!!!

"BER" Months

For a typical Filipino Family Christmas or PASKO is the best time for get-together and to spend time together with your relatives and it is the time for giving.......and do you know that it said that the Philippines is said to celebrate the longest christmas season in the world.....from september up to the first week of january..!!!
Now that it's the month of september or the BER month it also the signal that the christmas season is coming....for us here in the PHILIPPINES (Pinas) the start of the ber month is also the start for the kids and not so kids anymore hihihi to sing christmas carols in every house..and the start of putting christmas decoration in every corner of the streets,in every house, and every establishments etc....typical Pinoy used LANTERN or PAROL it is made out of bamboo or paper in various shapes,sizes,designs and colours.Its shape is said to be inspired by the nativity of JESUS...(do you know where you can see the biggest lantern in the world?-you can find it in Pampanga,Philippines).
And also here we pinoy attend the dawn masses or SIMBANG GABI which lasted for nine days...and after every mass it's very typical to drink salabat (ginger tea) as it's very cold in the morning and it is partnered with cake rice or BIBINGKA and PUTO BUMBONG (yummy) but the real meaning of christmas for the filipino is the presence of every member of a family during christmas no matter what your situation in life with or without food in the table just as long as you're complete and happy..that's the real spirit of christmas

Dise-Otso (18th Bday!)

Finally i'm 18 years old na but i can't still believe it maybe because sometimes i 'm still acting like a Child.
Eighteen years of very colourful life? hmmm (sigh) as far as my life is concerned it's just the beginning to spread my flings and find the real ME
For the last eighteen years of my life there were lots of things had happened to me which i can say helped me to changed the way i am but i can't say i'm totally change
co'z i know i'm not perfect but i'm trying my very best and i know i can do it!
There are 17 people who i want to say thank you who have been part of my life (why 17 only?) co'z God is always my number 1...IDOL..
There are lot of things i want to do now i'm 18 already as i didn't enjoy my teenage life but i still know my limitation so i won't take it for granted.Therefore,i will never do anything that will ruin my life!........all i want to do is to explore new things and to learn new things from other people which i know will help me. I want to become more mature emotionally and physically ,to have more self-confident and to boost more self-steem as i'm a shy-type person.
And lastly i want to gain new friends and to be loved.....
